Eatabit Printers are provided to restaurants for free upon request.

If you do not currently have an Eatabit Printer and would like one please reach out to your local market manager.

My Eatabit Printer isn't printing, what should I do?

QUICK FIX

Unplug the Eatabit Printer so it is no longer showing any colors. Then plug the printer back in and wait one minute. This will reestablish a connection for the Printer and usually fixes the problem.

RESET

In the event unplugging the printer and plugging it back in did NOT work, you can try a reset. To reset the printer you will start by unplugging it again. This time when you plug it back in hold the Down Arrow. Keep the down arrow pressed after plugging it in until you see a ticket print that says Reset Complete. At that point you can take your finger off of the printer and wait one minute for it to establish a connection.
