My Tablet isn't receiving orders, what should I do?
Check to see if the tablet is connected to the WIFI. If the tablet is not connected to the internet you will not receive orders. Check for the icon to the left on the tablet to confirm if it is connected to the internet.
If the tablet is connected to the internet the second thing to do would be to refresh the Storefront app. In order to refresh the app you will need to close it and reopen it. Closing apps on tablets is similar to closing apps on an iPhone. Click HERE to watch a quick 30 second video demonstrating how to close an app on a tablet. After closing the Storefront app simply tap on it again to reopen it.
If you have confirmed that the tablet is connected to the WIFI and have tried refreshing the app and the problem is still not fixed please text or call your local market manager. You can see their phone numbers above
